Customer Questions & Answers
Q: Does anyone know if this stroller will fit in the trunk of a Toyota Camry? Also debating between the fixed wheel and the swivel. Will mainly be...
A:

i imported the Bob from the USA to Germany, and i just love it, thought that i would only use in the country, buy now we use for the city also, The Bob Duallie can be made into a fixed wheel or a swivel wheel, very easy, breaks down easy and lies flat in most trunks, wheels are also easily removable, pushes like no other buggy, so easy, cant say enough about this baby buggy. *****
Q: twins: Does the Duallie stroller have the capability to hold two car seats for twins?
A:

With the old one you could only use one car seat at a time, and I have not seen a double car seat bar for the new (just tray/tray and car seat/tray) You can put a baby directly in the Bob, it lays flat enough and then just get a J J Cole body support (it's better than the snuzzler IMO but about the same price) We did this with my youngest at 4-5 weeks. If you really want the ease of popping in and out with a bucket, even if Bob offered such an add on, with their prices you wouldn't pay much more for a new double snap n go, less for used, and it would be so much easier to travel with. I have 3yo twins, i got my doubl snap n go for 10 bucks on craigslist and it was a great purchase.
Q: Can I take a BOB double stroller through airport security? Does anybody know if a BOB will fit through airport security x-ray machine?
A:

Some airlines have 20 pound limits on strollers now. I'd check that first and foremost. If you're cleared, a dualie should fit anywhere a wheel chair would go, so you should be OK... strollers are often hand searched or wanded etc to handle the security thing. but the dualie is seriously a beast. I'm not sure I'd want to make the gate check people haul that baby up and down those tiny steps. Unless it's really crucial you have this particular stroller at your destination, I'd come up with a different travel stroller arrangement.
